I just purchased my first hip klip pocket, and I love it because I hate to carry a purse!! There are two klips on my pocket purse and one is not working properly, it won't snap tight. If I send the faulty one in will you replace it?

I saw these at the MN State Fair, I had to go back another day to actually buy one! I love it and get a lot of compliments on it too. I work in the construction industry and have had several female coworkers express interest in them as well. Excellent idea! I have a hard time wearing it on my waistband because I bought a flower one, that I don't see on the website (why?), and it is bulky to wear under my shirt hem so I have to attach it to pockets. I wish I had a second!
