Love the product. The website is a little crazy. For people who aren't
great at online purchases, I had to jump through hoops to get my order processed.
It wouldn't take my credit card....after all info was entered it blanked out asking
for more info - after several times and 2 unanswered phone calls my son helped me
with a paypal account and I was able to get my order through. This was the most
difficult website I've ever been on as far as actually processing my order - I
almost gave up. Now I can see about an eight of the submit button. It appears and
disappears as I type - the whole page is not visible at the same time. I have to
